Our neighborhood winner for September 2018 has been announced!  Mayor Moe and the City of Laurel congratulates the Yellow Neighborhood on winning the September 2018 challenge by having the largest reduction in refuse from the previous month.  The first 10 residents from the Yellow Neighborhood to mention this contest when requesting a current bulk item pickup will receive a $10 discount.  Residents of the winning neighborhood have until November 5th to claim their prize.
