  1. Approval of Minutes

  1. Discussion

 


  1. Last meeting for Chairman Leszcz M and Liaison Kenya B.

 


  1. Transportation Planning Group - made up from members from Maryland, DC and Virgina the main issues have been the resolutions regarding expanding the beltway by adding toll lanes.

 


  1. Three-Year-Action Plan – suggest to the new chair to bring this back to the table and give some thought to some of the changes that were recommended from the members of the committee.

 


  1. City of Bowie has issued a Climate Change Policy

 


  1. Introduction to the new EAC Liaison Laura Christoplos

 


  1. City is introducing something called Foam Stream

 


  1. 99.5% water other five percent is natural ingredients such as oils, sugars, vinegars you turn it on it heats up to 190 degrees. It comes out as foam, and you put it on your weeds. First municipality to purchase this machine.

 


  1. Boiling water kills weeds
