Third public hearing with possible action on Ordinance No. 1973, Map Amendment No. 914, an ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland to approve Map Amendment No. 914 for rezoning from R-5 Zone to R-T Zone the properties known as 7222 and 7302 Contee Road, Laurel, Maryland 20707 submitted by Ribera Development LLC.; and providing an effective date.
B. Introduction and first public hearing on Ordinance No. 1978, Map Amendment No. 915, an ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland to approve Map Amendment No. 915 to change the use from Office to a Mix of Residential and Commercial for the property known as 14504 Greenview Drive, Laurel, Maryland 20708 submitted by Be 2 and 10 GC LLC. and Db Lakeview LLC.; and providing an effective date.
C. Introduction and first public hearing on Ordinance No. 1980, an ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland, repealing and reenacting with amendments Chapter 18, “Building and Building Regulations,” of the Laurel City Code, Article I thru XIII, renumbering sections and providing an effective date.
