Introduction and first public hearing on Ordinance No. 1969, an ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland to Amend Chapter 14, “Streets And Sidewalks,” Article VII, “Illegal Signs,” Sections 14-150, 14-151 and 14-152, to Expand the Types of Streets that are subject to Illegal Sign Restrictions, the City’s Authority to Remove Such Signs, and the City’s Authority to Impose Fines and Seek Injunctive Relief for Such Signs, and Providing an Effective Date.
B. Introduction and first public hearing on Ordinance No. 1970, an ordinance to Amend the General Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

Introduction and first public hearing on Resolution No. 2-21, a resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Laurel, Maryland to Set the Date, Time and Polling Location for Early Voting in the City of Laurel for the General Election of November 2021, and to Begin Consideration of Early Voting for the General Election to be Held in November 2023.
