President Sydnor opened the General Public Hearing at 6:29 p.m. and closed it with no one present who wished to speak.

6. Agenda Items

A. President Sydnor read the title of Resolution No. 1-2020, a resolution to approve the amended Standing Rules for the Laurel City Council, into the record for the first reading.  The public hearing was opened and closed at 6:30 p.m. with no one present who wished to speak.  A second public hearing with possible action is scheduled for the Mayor and City Council Meeting on Monday, January 27, 2020, 7:00 p.m.

B.
